Footreflex massage

In reflexology, it is believed that there is a relationship between body parts and specific points on the sole of the foot, called reflex zones. Each reflex zone reflects an organ or part of our body.

During a foot reflexology massage, pressure is applied to these reflex zones, which stimulates a response in the corresponding part of the body, thus enhancing the body's self-healing ability. This treatment promotes blood circulation throughout the body, allowing toxins to be expelled more quickly and removing blockages. It is a way to restore your body and mind to their natural balance. Furthermore, this massage technique has a positive impact on physical, mental, and emotional levels.

Foot reflexology can alleviate ailments such as stress, headaches, neck and shoulder pain, digestive issues, depression, sleep disorders, and hormonal imbalances. During the initial appointment, I conduct a medical history interview, where I listen to your complaints and needs.

Of course, people without medical complaints can also enjoy a relaxing foot reflexology massage.

The foot reflexology massage by Jasmin was a very pleasant experience. She has a beautifully decorated treatment room where obvious attention has been paid. It looks beautifully, and it smelled wonderfully of fresh orange oil. Her foot massage was exactly what I needed. She works calmly and subtly, and yet I felt a lot of the massage's effects. I felt the effect continuing even after the massage was over. It was very relaxing, and I felt very welcome with Jasmin. As a person, Jasmin is professionally warm and engaged, just right. I can wholeheartedly recommend her.
